Who we are

Flata (flata.ai) is a social-media marketing automation platform operated from Hong Kong. Flata helps businesses generate, approve, schedule and publish content to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and login credentials (managed by our authentication provider; we never see your password).
• Meta platform data (only after you explicitly connect your accounts via Facebook / Instagram official OAuth): your Facebook Page ID and name, Instagram professional account ID and username, and the access tokens Meta issues to Flata. We never receive or store your Facebook or Instagram passwords.
• Content data: the business content you provide (e.g. property listings, events), the posts generated from it, and engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) of posts published through Flata.

How we use it

• To generate draft posts for your review and approval.
• To publish approved posts to your connected Facebook Page / Instagram account.
• To show you performance metrics of your own published posts.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase / PostgreSQL). Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access to production data is restricted to the operator. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect your Meta accounts at any time (this deletes the stored access tokens), and you can request full deletion of your account and data — see Data Deletion Instructions. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
