Data Deletion Instructions
Flata stores only the data needed to publish content to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect: your account profile, connected Page / Instagram IDs, encrypted access tokens, your content, and post metrics.
Option 1 — Disconnect your Meta accounts
In the Flata dashboard, or from Facebook's Settings → Business integrations / Instagram's Settings → Apps and websites, remove Flata. We are notified and the stored access tokens for your account are deleted.
Option 2 — Full account and data deletion
Email hello@flata.ai from your registered email address with the subject "Data deletion request", or message us on WhatsApp (+852 6768 6440). We will delete your account, connected-account records, tokens, content and metrics within 30 days, and confirm to you.
資料刪除指引(中文版)
方法一:喺 Flata dashboard 或者 Facebook「設定 → 商業整合」/ Instagram 「設定 → 應用程式和網站」移除 Flata,我哋收到通知後會即刻刪除你嘅 access token。
方法二:用你註冊嘅電郵發信去 hello@flata.ai,標題寫「資料刪除要求」;或者 WhatsApp +852 6768 6440。我哋會喺 30 日內刪除你嘅帳戶、連接紀錄、token、內容同數據,並回覆確認。
